What fees will we be paid?
You will be offered one of the following options:
• No Fee. The adviser will receive commission from the Mortgage provider.
• Or you may choose to pay a fee of between 0.3% and 1% of the loan amount and the advisor will rebate their commission to you that they receive from the Mortgage provider recommended
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
